CANCELLATION AND PREPAYMENT POLICIES

Requested deposit 40% of the total amount of the stay.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 40% of the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

WELCOMING DOGS

If you would like to take your dog with you, you must first make a prior request to the facility, which reserves the right to assess on a case-by-case basis. If your request is accepted, please respect the rules listed below. However, large dogs will not be accepted, and no animals will be accepted during the months of July and August. The presence of a dog in the accommodation will incur an additional charge of € 8/day.

RULES FOR ACCOMMODATING A DOG

Common sense must never fail. It is necessary for pet owners to adopt a respectful and responsible attitude in order to protect their pet, while respecting hygiene regulations and the peace and quiet of other guests:

The dog must always be led on a leash: it cannot roam freely. There are people who do not like contact with animals.
It is not permitted to lead the dog to do its business in the gardens surrounding the farmhouse and in any case it is necessary to always carry bags to collect droppings. A healthy and clean environment is enjoyed by all.
Do not leave your dog alone in the accommodation. If he barks and annoys the neighbours, he is after all only expressing discomfort.
Do not allow the dog on beds and/or couches in the accommodation, do not use farmhouse blankets/plaids for the dog.
The dog may not swim in the pool.
A check of the accommodation before check-out is expected.
